Federal medical facilities now have contract access to a wide variety of specialty medical products distributed by GEM through a strategic alliance with Buffalo Supply, Inc. (BSI). This new alliance allows federal medical facilities greater access to a number of products from Gem. At the same time, it allows Gem to develop stronger relationships within the federal market through Buffalo Supply. Buffalo Supply specializes in selling to the federal marketplace and has placed Gem Scientific products on the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). BSI becomes the government contracting group for Gem, handling all of the unique requirements typically associated with working in the federal contracting marketplace.
